I've been hoping the Devils are going after Panarin. We need to score more goals, get younger, and get faster. This guy addresses all of these needs and is really the only option out there that meets all these requirements... |

Panarin returned in SKA's 1st round playoff series and has 2 assists in 3 GP so far. He is a fantastic player.
Also, there is no way you can leave out Steve Moses in a list like this. Plays for Jokerit, set single-season KHL goal scoring record this year, interested in coming to the NHL next year if he can get a one-way deal. Columbus and Toronto rumored to be interested, among others. |

Moses setting that record is rather disingenuous all things considered. Mozyakin had 35 in 48 games on pace for the best season in KHL history. Moses will be a prime target no doubt, I just don't trust a guy on literally one amazing season in his entire career going on 26 at 5'9. |

This maybe a silly question but how do these guys compare to say the brunnstroms and brunners who came over from other leagues and didn't really impress ? Are these guys better already or what and if they are fair comparisons do these guys have much shot of having better careers then the two I noted ? |

Panarin has had a better career than those two throughout. Moses is closer to them. Brunnstrom went from a Division-1 nothing to a solid Elitserien player, but his size was what was enticing. |
