I loved the Miller signing
3 years is perfect around that time most of the younger players we currently have should be making impacts and it will become their team. Thought it was great. Plus maybe they will serve miller pints now hooray |

I read that article yesterday and most was good. I still don't like Lindens ties with core players. He referred to Burrows Edler Higgins and the Sedins about having fun again. Country Club 2.0 |

I've been on board with everything, but hated the Miller deal and wasn't too pumped about Vrbata. Weak UFA class though and short term deals so I can live with it, I'm totally on board if Benning flips one or both down the road for picks and/or prospects at the TDL when they have expiring deals. |

1. The Sedins aren't being moves.
2. The same poster at CDC who mentioned a potential NTC deal right before the Garrison deal also seemed to hint that Burrows was also asked and was very upset when asked. Could have been Edler instead as well.
3. I doubt the return for Edler would be worth moving a player with his ability right now.
4. Wouldn't surprise me if Higgins or Hansen get moved after camp if one or two of the younger players really impress. |

I'd like to find out how often Willie actually mixes up his lines and how patient he is with line combos as well. |

I wonder if Burrows Hank Kassian turn out being the best top line if he has the balls to stick with it |

Burrows Hank Jensen
Daniel Bonino Kassian
Split up the "superstars"

I'd really like to see Gaunce make this team off the bat. He's got the size to compete in our division, and hes always been a cerebral player. I think he'll be able to put up solid numbers in the NHL. |

Traded back to Arizona for their 1st next year, Benning is brilliant. |

I have to laugh when we ask Carole for blogs and 4 hrs in we have 13 comments. I can see why she is in no hurry in these dog days. |

Seriously, and to be fair the comments rarely touch on the actual blog once they make it past 1-2 pages. Let the woman enjoy her summer! |

Of course Linden is always available to the media; that's all he is: a talking head. He's certainly not a hockey boss. |

I was psyched about Vrbata. Shoot first mentality that the Canuck sorely lacked. If he can score 20-30 plus goals with one of the offensivley pooptiest teams in the league. He should be able to put up some decent numbers in blue and green. |

Well, Personally. I write last year off. Torts was a diaster and didnt play and offensive system. WD coaches a north south game and Im expecting the team to be a hell of a lot better than last year. |

Call me nuts. But if WD pans out the way I think he will. Were a playoff team. Contender no. But I expect to see the Canucks in the playoffs next year. |
