Going be an interesting upcoming month. One of the more important deadlines we have had for a while. Draft day will be even more so. Hope mg's ego hasn't blinded him in thinking we are a win now team because nothing of the on ice product suggests that.

It's still a bad idea if he was signed at 4 mil for 5 years. Canucks get screwed on that deal.

I found it funny and I completely agree that the Sedins are here to stay. Unless Vantel can convince the league that as twins, their contracts should technically count as a single buyout...

Daniel is not even on the top line of a depleted lineup. He got beat out by a guy that has no goals.The buyout papers should be sitting on MG desk

Out of those line combinations, can anyone see what would be a #1 or #2 line on any other team in the league? Seeing Daniel with Richardson and Hansen is reassuring, will break his goal scoring slump sometime after Sochi....

Caught a portion of Gillis on 1040 this morning and he continues to say he is looking at trades and is working on it. I don't know what else he can say, I just want to see a shakeup.

I know talk of our lack of depth is a broken record, but would like to see guys called up from the farm to fill the holes that match their skill set. Higgins has, to his credit, been playing above his head for stretches but shouldn't be put on the 1st line when he is really 2nd/3rd liner.

With all these injuries, Jensen can't find his way into the lineup? I guess looking at the Utica stats, Ferriero is the hot hand but not the answer... Grenier looks like he deserves a shot.

I keep saying we should call players up, but the more I look at Utica the more obvious there isn't much there. Grenier stands out, but if he isn't ready, maybe they shouldn't call him up.

Very frustrating year for Canucks fans.
