Jeff Quirin: Where in the world is Vladimir Tarasenko? | Other Blues Prospects in Action Where will Vladimir Tarasenko play during the lockout? That's about as easy to tell at this point as figuring out where Carmen Sandiego was in the first five minutes of the show.

So what's the deal with this kid? I keep hearing him described as a sure thing, amazing, etc...what's the hold up to seeing him in a Blues uniform?
