Thank you Michael, I will agree with everything you posted, maybe go one further and predict playoffs but not in a wild card spot, they will get 3rd at least in their division.

If Hughes gets to 90 & Demko stays healthy I can see the PO’s. Boeser scoring 30 or not changes nothing imo.

For Pod to have a break out year he needs a great camp to start with. Winger logjam has to be addressed at some point. I prefer to keep Beau & move Garlands contract but that’s difficult. I like Garland but need to see him flyin outta the gate to make this team better. Cannot be moving picks unless for a very key add. Even then it would have to be for a D for Hughes or not at all.

My BOLD picks…

Suter scores 20
The D settles in & helps PK a ton.
Boeser still a slug but gets his 30.
Season start will be make or break on how well structure is in place.

And my final prediction is we will see once again Dshiddy's return.

KHL & teams like SKA do this crap all of the time trying to be relevant. KHL is a 2nd rate league & always will be. The NHL should create their own Super League tourney or other events for direct competition.

After the last NHL season game…
Top 2 non NHL PO teams, top 2 SHL teams, top 2 Liiga teams, Czech team & 1 DEL team.
Play in a 2 4 team round robin top 2 advancing into a seeded win or lose scenario into a final game.

Anything else is open to discussion idc just as long as the KHL has more competition. Sick of them.
