Sutton isnt worth a 2nd IMO.

Hate hearing all the Sutton rumors to be honest, he's the perfect 5/6 defenseman. Only way I pull the trigger is in a package deal that sends a top 4 our way.

Interesting blog Clouts. I really hope the Oilers keep Sutton, at least for now. I would rather they move other pieces and keep a player that has size, tenacity and shows up to play.

I hope the organization doesn't panic. They still need to get some of the defensive prospects in the lineup and live with the mistakes.

This is one guy we must resign IMO. I don't think the oilers should do anything at trade deadline unless hemsky brings us an early 1st rounder or a late 1st and an "A" prospect. If not tell the other gms to suck it and resign him. Hes a perfect top 6 forward and we shouldn't be just throwing them away for nothing. Well not perfect but he's a good top 6

It seems like the going rate for guys like Sutton is a 2nd round pick.

We should know in a couple of hours if anyone like RNH or barker will be ready to play tomorrow, I doubt that Gilbert plays for a week or so, as per Stauffer (Garfield).
