Not in the trade Dougie camp yet, unless we get a huge return. Luke, Nemec and Casey are all unproven and I wouldn’t hand them the keys to the kingdom just yet. I’d hold Dougie until the TDL to ensure we don’t weaken our defense

Besides the Devils you have 3 other teams that unloaded Dougie after 3 seasons. He could pick ups especially playing the power play point. However his defense game is lacking and he is no were near a playoff caliper defenceman. If we could unload him just to free up cap and allow more ice time for Casey or Nemec it will be a huge step in the right direction
