You can get caught up in the politics thread where you are getting your ass handed to you, again. |

It is nice to see Rutherford take some responsibility for what's gone on within the organization over the past year, however, I don't see any quick fixes and I think it's going to get worse before it gets better. |

True. I wonder how much money Ryan Reynolds would have to drum up to buy the team. |

To be fair, it is an elite opportunity to play or coach in the National Hockey League, there are only 32 teams. Money helps alleviate a lot of concerns for players and coaches but if there's other options out there, you've gotta think the better players (if available) will choose to go elsewhere. |

I bet you half of the team agrees with me. He is not liked in the room.

Since you've been in the room and talked to the guys, what kind of music do they play after wins? Where do they like to go for dinner on Saturday nights? |

I do really love when fans pretend to know things about what goes on in the locker room. Tell us more!

I think they would be wise to trade both him and Hughes to start from fresh again after whats gone on over the past year. The dressing room needs a reset. The returns would be tremendous for both of them.
I know Aquilini wouldn't allow that, but IMO that's what needs to happen. A fresh start for everyone...extremely disappointing, but needed. |

Cute.
I've read multiple times about division in the room. If there are enough stories out there I believe there is some truth to it. You can keep your head buried in the sand but to me, after this season in particular, it's pretty clear everything is not right on the good ship Lollipop.
They listen to Raffi in the room and go to Boston Pizza on Saturday nights. |

From SportsNet:
While Pettersson didn’t drive Tocchet away, the frustration the coaching staff had with the Canucks’ highest-paid player isn’t going to lighten the pressure on Pettersson to show up and perform next season for a different coach.
More players on the team than just J.T. Miller were disappointed with Pettersson, who will need to earn back a lot of trust in order to finish that eight-year, $92.8-million contract in Vancouver. And as general manager Patrik Allvin said at his year-end press conference two weeks ago — “I would be, I guess, stupid not to keep my options open” — a Pettersson trade before July 1 is still possible. It’s not a likely outcome or the preferred one for the Canucks, but neither was a Miller trade. |
