Canucks had 4 points after 4 games last season, they have 4 points after 4 games this season, now we just need a run of what, 7/8 wins to match?

Thanks Yorky good point on start same in points as last season.

Now it’s time to roll out the wins. However, this time don’t lay an afternoon egg in Phili and put away the Flyers.

With a .932 save percentage I would agree. Far better than the Latvian's .827

Yep no doubt Lankinen has kept it to 2 GPG so far than that's right in the wheelhouse to give the club chances to win. Silovs needs work big time.

He ain’t an asset…

Good to see the team bounce back and Pouty show signs of life

You can say that again. I like Goalies that can play the puck and stop it as well. It's a good combo.

Thanks Yorkski. You're awesome.

I was also a bit shocked at how well Boeser played on the forecheck. I don't think I've ever seen him skate faster or be more physical pursuing the puck.

Oh yeah, and Dodgers.

Suck it Lordy and Lefty.

Consider that with Hughes on the ice at even strength, Vancouver outshot the Panthers by a two-to-one ratio (18 to nine) with Hughes personally taking eight of those shots. In all other minutes, the shot counter favoured Florida by an 18 to 11 margin.

This is a continuation of a trend that’s persisted throughout Vancouver’s first four games. Where Vancouver has outshot their opponents by 21 with Hughes on the ice five-on-five so far this season, they’ve been outshot by a whopping 27 without him.

From Drance. It's only been 4 games, but the Canucks need someone else on their D who can actually skate with the puck. Trade coming before Christmas is my guess.
