If you want more scoring make goalies fair game when they are outside their crease

This will force them to play in their crease and deeper in their net and make reaction saves as opposed to coming 3 feet outside the top of the crease and cutting off the entire shooting angle

Don't need the stupid trapazoid, If they are at risk of getting blown up in the corner, they naturally won't be going there

If a goalie comes a few feet out of the crease to make a save (which would be ridiculously stupid and a technical nightmare), they're still not fair game because they wouldn't have the puck.
