Slafkovski has some good chemistry with Jake Evans, who himself was one of the better players on the ice last night. If only that line had a decent winger on the other side...

The kids looked good. Guhle, obviously, but Harris was really solid too. For the most part, Xhekaj is OK. But I do not think he is reading/reacting to the game at NHL speeds yet. I expect Schueneman to get some games in at his expense, until Matheson and/or Edmundson come back.

So the young core + the Wonder Twins + Monahan looked good last night.

Time for others to start picking up their game.

So last friday my GF goes in for a surgery, a 5 year old turkish refugee who doesn't speak english or french. Refugees have a physical when they come in the country and they noticed his testicles didnt drop, pretty common surgery.


So they do the surgery and the urologist decides to go by the stomach. They do the echography to guide them and the urologist goes.. well that's a ovary, that's the other ovary and that his uterus.. but outside, total boy.

He could have testicles somewhere in there, he probably has because he's clearly producing some testosterone but when they found all that they closed it up and transfered him to Ste-Justine.
