Carol Schram: World Jr hopefuls arrive in Edmonton, prospect graduations, Graovac signs
Fingers are crossed that the 10 teams that have travelled to Edmonton for the World Junior Championship will make it through their four-day quarantines with no positive Covid tests, and exhibition games can get underway on Sunday. Also, a look at the three Canucks prospects who are most likely to crack the lineup this season, and Tyler Graovac re-ups on a one-year, two-way deal.
The battery guy is 27 already...wow....time flies. - boonerbuck
I think it is a good depth signing. I see Hockey_Gauds on social media quite a bit on TikTok and Twitter. He spends a lot of time gaming . He says he is putting in the time on the ice but something doesn't seem right.
Good for Jake for keeping a low profile this offseason it sounds like he is putting in the time.
Tough matchups and they're already not stellar defensively, Hoffman and Boeser both as top 6 wingers is a tough sell. - NorthNuck
Horvat and Pearson are two of our statistically better defensive players, have to disagree there. Toffoli or Boeser would be better fits, but Hoffman will put up top6 points better than Pearson so maybe it will balance a bit.

Don't know if we can fit both gaunce and Goldy in the lineup, thank goodness for the taxi squad.
I heard on the radio this morning that the players are going to need to pay back around 1B in the future because they aren't taking any further pay cuts this season.
