Paul McCann: An Old Hockey Barn Closes - An appreciation of Leo's Iceland

It's tough to hear about an "old barn" shutting down. I grew up skating in old barns, and attending Sabre Games at The Aud in Buffalo. Is so sad that so few of those exist anymore. I live outside of Hershey, PA now and greatly appreciate skating at the 80 year old Hersheypark Arena. So much history there. I organize an annual NHL Alumni Pro/Am there for Breast Cancer. It is an amazing time and the Alumni absolutely love skating there. Takes them back in time. I have been told by many participants and Alumni that it is the best kept secret in recreational hockey.
