Wow...tough talk from one of our most consistent....floaters. I hope Patches saved some of that tough, "Team Leader" talk for himself, to play at a high level on a regular basis, not just use his patented empty-netter to pad his goal totals.

Barring any injuries, I expect him to come close to the 40-goal mark once again.

Many have issues with him being named captain, but I wonder how many interpret his comments as exactly what you alluded to in terms of leadership.

For him to recognize Andrighetto's talent (while many of us don't till this day) and to expect Beaulieu to shine next season (as many of us do), I don't see anything wrong with his comments.

I think it's about time he spoke up like he did, without stepping on anybody's toes.
