I love the 1st pick, 1st pairing defencemen are the most sought after commodity in the NHL right now. Our defence and goaltending look set for years to come now.

Couple more years of high draft picks and the Canucks will look pretty good, I hope lol!

I'm really intrigued by Candella and Stuckel. They both had injuries which probably dropped their stocks but once they were fully back really picked up their game. Gonna be exciting to watch these 2

I like the 5th and 6th round picks too. I wish benning traded next years 7th for another 7th to take Ronning though dont know if he will good but just because of the Cliff factor Another guy in the 7th I wish we snagged was Dmitri Sokolov, huge ability but attitude factor.

The 3rd round pick was the only one that left me with the WTF...

Took a RW when we are loaded at that position.

-Abramov has huge potential
-Bitten would have replaced McCann, which would have been nice, very similar numbers and can never have enough captains.
-So many quality Dmen with Fox, Dineen, Greenway, Allard, Green and Day.

Season doesnt start for 4 months!! They had a great draft, got 2 great wingers and loaded up dmen. Not like anyone from this draft on defense is playing next year anyway.

Tough to say before free agency. Love the kulikov trade by buffalo and the draft the coyotes and oilers had. What is going on in Florida?? Buffalo must have had them at gun point to steal kulikov like that.
