3-2 not 2-1. Blues had plenty of opportunities to put the stars away in the 1st and then gave them a goal, and pretty much blew an opportunity to go up 3-1. Need to win today.

I've enjoyed reading Jason's work, and the conversation with fans of the note, of course a little more enjoyable after games 1 and 4.

So far this series has been more than I would have hoped without Seguin. Game 3 was pretty ugly, but other than that the Stars aren't outclassed. I know most Blues fans will say the team hasn't played well, but the Stars have shown they are capable of playing some responsible D, not all run and gun.

If the wide open creates Eakin vs Tarasenko chances, sure. If its Upshall's chances, need to tighten it up, lol.

That may have been Parayko's worst period of in a month. I'm confident he'll turn it around. Time to dig deep and win the 2nd period.

Exactly my thoughts, does Brodziak even average 5 minutes a game? No need to risk a broken hand on a 4th liner. Pretty sure we won't see any Moen Backes tilts either.

why is Jaskin in??? I take it Ott is injured? Jaskin over Reaves? He is not a 4th liner. Not sure where he fits in.

He gets 9-10 minutes but the point holds true.

Ott has skated in warmups but I think he is still having lingering injury issues.

I think a lot of Berglund's issues are he processes the game too slow. There is no explosion with him, no decisiveness. The last offensive opportunity was a good example. Jaskin is a bit like this too.

The plays where he is decisive quickly (think one timer goal) are few and far between but usually more effective.

Stars are such a scummy team. Constantly looking for the smallest guy on the ice and going after him. No team toughness, just trying to look tough while avoiding anyone but Fabbri or Schwartz.

I was wondering the same thing.

Klingberg isn't small.... You guys have been going after Petro, esp Benn with his cheap cross checks. It's big boy hockey out there. I don't think the Stars are just going after small players, but Benn is def scummy.

I was skeptical but Jaskin = a guy who patiently waited for an opportunity this playoffs after a subpar season and made the most of it. His compete level on the boards created his goal.
