This team had a historic collapse. they got so bad that you probly became very immune to it.

The collapse was one thing, but then during the presser blaming it all on missing Price. Must be nice to have no accountability from the ownership nor the fans.

We lost our franchise player. The player that glues this team together. You think Washington would have finished first without Ovechkin?

Add that to the number of injuries this team had, this team had no chance. To suggest that Bergevin should have made desperation moves is ludicrous. Also, Therrien has had a lot more success this time around than any other coach since Demers. He is not the problem. You'll see this team back in the playoffs next year.

a) They were the best in the league for 2 months and the worst team in the league for the remainder of it. This is a fact that you can check on yourself.

b) Washington without OV still wins because they have Holtby and Backstrom and that Russian kid who led the team in scoring this year...


As for Andrew's claim to never spend another habs dollar, I've heard that from so many people in so many fan bases and it's never true.
