Wow!!
I can't believe those words, both from you and Cooper. I can understand you guys are frustrated about all the injuries, but damn.
It is obvious Pateryn's check was wihtout means to arm and was a soft check. TJ just lost his step and fell akwardly on the board. |

Why would he need to check him at all? Neither guy is in possession of the puck, which makes it unnecessary and completely gutless. Imagine somebody hitting Price or Subban like that and see what your reaction is... |

The whistle was blown, the play was dead. It was unnecessary and reckless. |

Ridiculous shove. 5 ft from the boards and there's no reason for johnson to expect any kind of shove there.
It's crap like this that warrant long suspensions. Needless, reckless, and there's no defense for it. Had nothing to do with a hockey play |

You can bet there won't be any sanction due to Bettman wanting players like that in the playoffs............oh wait........ |

Boyle was during a play. Johnson was AFTER the whistle. |

I never said they were the exact same plays. But this one definitely reminds me of the Girardi play. |

Obvious only to a Hab fan, pay backs are a b*tch. |

Knowing your tendency to troll, you'd use any incident to scream about the wrongs committed against the New York Rangers |

Maybe he was just protecting his goalie from an "accidental" slash to the throat? |

Johnson lost an edge and that sucks. But contact from Pateryn came after the whistle and, even though it was not a substantial amount of contact, it more than likely led to the injury. Post hoc ergo propter hoc. |

Seriously...not trying to sound like a (frank)ing homer here...It WAS unnecessary, but it was a (frank)ing love tap. I think Johnson lost an edge (don't know if it was the skate getting stuck), and would have fell anyway. It just looks bad because Pateryn touches him before. |

It was AFTER the whistle and nothing would've happen if he doesn't touch him. I could barley push my wife, but if she's standing at the edge of a cliff she still dies. |
