It's obvious that this roster is seriously flawed. The players shouldn't need very much motivation, if any, considering there position in the standings and the dwindling amount of games remaining. Yet here we are. That awful game against the lowly Oilers was just the latest sign that this team needs to be shaken up this off-season. Unfortunately that will be a tough task for the GM, whoever that might be, considering the contracts and NTC's that a lot of the veteran players have.
