Grossman and Gordon should bring back a 3rd/4th rounder each.

Boedker's value is in his speed. Not sure there are other guys available that have anywhere near his speed. I think the yotes do better than a 2nd with the lack of supply of fast players.

Would you pay a first and a b prospect for Radim Vrbata? Because he'd help your team way more. That's a crazy overpayment based on the stats of a guy with 7 goals in 58 games in all situations if you discount the two hattricks vs ottawa.

He is also horrendous at defense.

no. vrbata has a limited ntc .... so demand will be limited. he's coming back here in July in any event.

boedker's speed is a limited asset on the trade market, so i expect a good return.

Tavares isn't as far from being the #1C as you might think. This link is from last year, but he was top 5 in the league in scoring chances created per 60:

The biggest knock against him is his Corsi Against numbers, but that's what you have zone deployment for. When you factor in his ridiculously low cap hit, how many centers in the league are more valuable? I would take Tavares at $5.5M before I'd take Toews at $10.5M.
