What a game last night - Wow - great to see and watch up close - I said it on the ducks blog - but - Vladdy T is for my money the best offensive player in the game today and it isn't even close - seeing him in person gives you the idea of his creativity, speed, shot and accuracy - dangerous every time on the ice - what a pleasure to watch -

What are Ducks' fans thoughts on Kesler?

Bet you all were surprised as anything when Vova (his nickname) went after Kesler and actually dropped the gloves.

Bad luck on the hit by Getzlaf. Still nothing but respect for him. Perry on the other hand is another matter, lol.

Good scrap, nothing should shock Ducks fans about Tarasenko stepping up for a teammate (we're used to it with Perry and Getz). Happy to get the guy off the ice for 7 minutes, that being said I really like Kesler when he's on his game. Great effort from #17 last night.

If anything, I am more shocked by Lehtera's shot to the back of Vatanen before the scrap. Super dangerous hit, I hope the league reviews this.

lehtera just took it out on the wrong guy. kesler cheap shotted him in the back of the head on the faceoff and then with a bad interference check. Was completely bad and dumb by lehtera but you can understand how he snapped based on the crap kesler pulled before it.

perhaps skating at high speed towards two players who are going at it might cause you to get smoked?

and kessler is trash. always has been and always will be. i used to admire his battle but then he started getting cheaper and cheaper. one day he will really get his.

you only read garth once a year?

he is my number one guilty pleasure. he is insane and yet he has predicted a few moves everyone said no way they will give this up for this and yet murray's nephew seems almost as reckless as his uncle.

it is tough luck for colorado that zadarov hasn't gotten it going yet.

so buffalo moves big top four or potential top four defenders for forwards, one good because he is a really good two way center and the other is a winger with baggage and also a dman who should be far better than he is and breaks all the time. now he realizes he needs to go get a dman. lol.

one of the blues dmen is gone by the draft. does not matter how big the hole at ft. mcmurray gets the canadian dollar sucks and the cap will not move much.

I am happy the Canucks offer sheeted Backes and we went right after Kesler. Very happy both teams kept there own players. I am NOT a fan of Kesler, but i support our CAPTAIN. He may not be the best in the league but he does his job

I can take last night's loss when we actually played a full game. We did not give up and let them take it to us. We actually played a full game. Some times you lose. It doesn't hurt as much when you play like you give a poop

I wish we could have gotten Johanssen. I know Jarmo was probably concerned about Shattys UFA status but baring that, I think he would have gotten the better D man in Shattenkirk.

The Bengals are giving this game away. Unreal. I have not seen anything like the ending to this playoff game in my life. Wow.

Gunnarsson without a shift since about 1:30 into the 2nd period. Uh oh, another man down?

His head got drilled into the ice when McNabb fell on his head. He could be messed up in multiple spots unfortunately.
