He has laid out a pretty clear plan of how he is building the team. I can at least understand what he is trying and it makes more sense on the moves he has made. I am looking forward to the future evolution of the roster

It's a horrible graph, he's assuming Talbot will be just as good playing behind the Oilers. He's also likely using Markstrom's career NHL numbers despite common belief that his talent level is way above those numbers.

That contract is more appalling than the actual deal. He's a decent 3rd liner, a center who plays like a winger. That's pretty much it. It's not going to kill this team long-term but cap management is becoming an issue.
