Despres paired with Letang in the morning skate. Maybe there's hope? |

I'm pretty sure Clark MacArthur just scored for the Leafs. If anyone could manage to do it before the game even starts against the Pens, it would be him, lol |

Give you MacArthur and Kulemin for 2014 1st and a prospect? |
|
|

Right now, we have more pressing needs than acquiring Jerome Iginla. I certainly don't want to fork over a first plus a top D prospect for a rental. There are others on that roster I'd go for over Iggy - Stempy for a second or Glencross would suffice. They aren't rentals. |

Funny. I'd like to see a list of unlikely scorers against particular teams. I'll start it -- Alexei Morozov -- 12 goals and 25 points in 30 career games against Martin Brodeur and the New Jersey Devils. |

That is a no. MacArthur is a pending ufa. Kulemin is basically a defensive forward now. He provides little elsewhere. I guess Kulemin could upgrade our third line. How about a second round pick for Kulemin? |

I would love to see iginla here for our late 1st (the later the better!) and a d-prospect. We are going to hopefully have to move one or two at some point. our d-prospect list... despres, morrow, harrington, pouliot, maata, doumalin, not to mention samuelson who has gotten good reviews by coaches and peers (probably a bottom 6 guy, but still) if even half develop, then thats 3 of 7 top guys. letang makes 4. the other three spots belong to possibly orpik/martin/niskanen if we keep them, or the mark eaton types to round out the bottom pairings. I say go for it. Try to woo iginla to finishing his career here for a decent price |

Not really, I'm just not willing to move TK. Everyone on here is quick to hate on him because he is in a slump so far this season, but I'll be the first person to defend him. He is a crucial part of our team, and although he isn't showing up in the scoring column as much as we'd all like to see, he still plays hard every night and is defensively sound. He skates hard every shift, he's great on the forecheck, and he's not afraid to throw his weight around at guys that are twice his size. Yeah, I think we all get a little frustrated when he misses the net by 2 feet, or shoots it directly into the goalies chest, but I can live with that from our 3rd line Right Wing. You all can keep proposing TK trades, but I GUERIN-TEE you he is not going anywhere any time soon. |

For our 1st and Samuelsson or Dumoulin, I'd do it. Not Despres/Morrow/Harrington/Maatta/Pouliot...no way. |

Morozov is a great one. He tortured the Devils in an era where NO ONE, beat Broduer with regularity.
I can't think of anyone else in particular at the moment, but hopefully others will... |
