Buy bacon, cut the bacon in half so you have half-length bacon strips. Freeze the bacon for several weeks, forget about it. have 3 eggs left over in your fridge: 2 brown, 1 white. Don't use the white one, your roommate stole a brown one and replaced with a white one after she got herself some more eggs.

Take your half-sized bacon, cook it frozen. Cook the side walls of the frozen bacon brick at a medium heat to ensure smooth separation of the bacon strips. Once the strips separate and your pan has good amount of bacon grease, tilt your pan as to create a pool of bacon grease and let your little bacon buddies swim in there until they are done. Let bacon buddies cool on paper towels to remove some grease but not really.

Remove most of the bacon grease, but not all, from the pan. Cook eggs in bacon grease. Do your best to not break the yolk but then flip it one time too many and break it. Throw your bacon into the yolk because why not. Let the bacon and eggs get to know each other. Your bagel should be in the toaster at this point, just about ready to be used as a sangwitch bread type of apparatus.

half a white onion.
Sea salt
PGround pepper
Paprika
Lemon zest
A small amount of Balsamic vinegar.
