The one I like best is called "Texas Champagne"

I was at this place in Seattle in like 2005 or 06 and we went to this restaurant where this old chef walked around with a pot of the house hot sauce called "The Man". He came to our table and asked if "... we'd like to meet The Man" and since I was dumb and 15 or 16 I was like "Bring it on" and he gave me like the tiniest bit ever you could ever give and it almost killed me.

my uncle was big into hot sauce and i'm pretty sure i've had both of the fancier ones that desi08 posted when thay'd have parties at the maryland "estate".

if they are indeed the ones i remember they were delicious but hotter than hell. not just hotter than hot sauce. hotter than hell. desi08 is a real man and don't anybody ever forget it.

hon, i cook with the hot sauce, only the refrigerated sauce is applied after cooking.

Best hot sauce I ever had was called Pete's (frank) Off and Die. It was a local sauce in charleston, SC. So good. Most hot sauces are cayenne flavor based, chili pepper, etc. Pete's was black pepper based. It was hot as hell, but it tasted so good.
