ok there is a haunted attraction currently in NY and LA where you have to walk through by yourself. so that would be a must with this idea. basically i was thinking how i couldnt really be scared by people i know are actors... so picture this:

enter a room towards the end.. with one dude just standing there

actor: pretty cool huh? having fun?
you: huh?
actor: the haunted house.. they do a pretty good job
you: *confused*
actor: ive worked at a few of these before and this is the best by far. *pulls out knife* ... but im sorry to ruin the ambiance, but what im about to do to you is not a part of the script *walks forward* i am a sick, sick person... and now im going to show you

BOOM in bursts fake cops and staff members who wrestle the knife away while you piss yourself

maybe a repair man or some poop. but the fake cops is so obvious. need to make the people poop their pants. also the actor would get punched in the face many times.
