I agree. we should have like a week. If we do Thursday to Thursday, it will help big time. It gives a whole weekend for those who have lives. If everyone finishes, then we can advance early.

as I figure it out, I think so. Poke checking is insane right now, but i hope it isn't out of control later.

break outs need to be quick because as the forwards gain speed it is hard to stop then restart if the defense farts around. but you definitely need more forward support in the breakout too. If another team gets their forecheck established, it is difficult to get going.

the defense also can't play with the puck at the blueline. it will kill your team. deflections seem to be a lot better this year.

also, i recommend starting as a playmaker for center. TWF and PWF are tanks but not enough speed. having a team full of TWF like we had last year would be a disaster.

More on the farting around at the blueline. What happens is the forwards come at them poking and gaining speed. If you turn it over then have that momentum and they're gone.

There was some lag. The game speed is much different and that created the feeling that the lag was much worse than it probably was.
