anyway the reason they did is becasue every time they booked a venue, they would send their tech specs for the equipment and set up they needed there.

anyway apparently in many places the venue owners wouldn't read poop and would just set up their standard poop so they put that clause in so that if they got to their room and saw brown m&ms, they knew the venue owner hadn't read the contract and they had to double check all the gear.
