Android has the same problems windows does: it's one piece of software designed for thousands of devices and configurations.

iOS, like OSX, is an OS designed with a limited number of hardware configurations. It gets the most out of the hardware it's mated with, it's infinitely more stable, and in the end the one or two features it doesn't have that you need to go digging for, one version of android might have really can't come close to matching a device you know will work whenever you need it to.

And you have limitless options if you decide to go the jailbreak route.

First smart move they've made in ages. That thing is amazing. It can beat a lot of SLRs... it's got enough megapixels that you can go crazy with the digital zoom, and still have a picture you can print and enlarge.... it can combine pixels to increase performance in low light, and the sensor is big enough that the images still come out clear.

Google and Apple missed out big time on that one.

Only calls I've lost have been when I'm talking with someone on the Wind network.

Apple did mess up with the antenna on the 4 though... they offered the free fix, but nobody wanted to use that bump thing. Still, just about any case could fix the antenna issue.

I had the antenna fixer case. Still dropped calls all the time.

You can get flash on iPads no problem.

And they run on an OS that's actually worth using.

To their credit though, Android tablets do make exceptional paper weights, once you get fed up with the atrocious GUI and crashes.
