if i was on the ice and my backup was a lefty id ask for his blocker so my hands would effectively be weaponized and i could then hold both sticks more easily

wow...for that to happen on a utility power line like that means that multiple things failed.

the initial sparks should have blown the originating transformers fuses, this would've caused a failure of the source device. then the plasma ball went through the primary fuses that connect it to the main primary power line.

then it made its way to the next transformer, the explosions at the end were most likely the fuses on that transformer blowing and then the transformer itself.

the small pop at the end was the fuses and the larger bang and sparks was the transformer exploding followed by the release of super heated oil that most likely created a fireball.
