Buy SuperFeet insoles. The yellow ones are for skates. The blue ones are for like regular sneakers and the blue ones are for like your work boots or other heavier-ish duty footwear.

They are the greatest insoles ever. I haz them in all my shoes and my posture and feet are perfect.

My favourites used to be a pair of green and gold sort of Dallas style wool ones but ever since I got used to the new fancy ones I can't go back. It feels like I wrapped towels around my legs that are covered in little sponges to soak up all the water possible.

No (frank) that get them now. Its like a cure for your foot aids. The fancy ones they make for the military have the same graphite thats used in the Raptors.

Also, there is like a list of 40 pro sports teams that make their players use them.
