With all due respect, Talking about FACTS and attacking someone are two completely differen't things. Track record has proven Dreger to be a much more reliable source than Eklund. Track record has also proven that Dreger has more credibility that I do - I do not take it personally

Dregger working for TSN has to post mostly news.. he only reports rumours when they are near finalized.. where as Hockey Buzz and any other Trade Rumour website is in business to generate Buzz.. if they do not.. then they are not in business.

A large percentage of people just want to hear rumours... as it stimulates potential talk of success for their team.

If Ek sat on every rumour and attained 2 to 3 high level corroborating professionals.. he would be more like Dregger.. yet have very few posts which would generate minimal traffic.

Honestly, I try to watch him closely and I think he is a really good player.....he was chastized for being thrust into the #1C position which was not his fault. He tried his best....he hustles, works hard, tries to make plays, has some great offensive instincts, but just doesn't have the complete skillset to be a #1. If he rounds out his game he 'could' be a decent #2 someday...but he's definitely a solid #3. Some people talk like he should be a 3rd line AHLer. That's ridiculous.

This is a pretty fair statement to Ek. People love ripping on him yet they keep coming back day in and day out. He's great at what he does, I don't think he makes poop up. He hears something and throws it out there. People act like it's an impossible scenario that team a might call team b. poop happens. Not to mention we get to meet good looking guys that may or may not be interesting in some relations via PMs. PM me if interested.
