This is incorrect.

There would be no reason to put him back on the active roster until he was ready to actually participate in games - it would be an unnecessary cap hit to take.

Komi wasn't placed back on the active roster until he was 100% medically ready to play.

This makes no sense. He was injured; not on active roster. He was healthy, on active roster. Sucked. Healthy scratch. That's why they call it a "healthy" scratch. Because he was, you know, healthy.
