I'd give Jagr a shot if he is willing to go real cheap. Like $2mil. He gets to relive his New York days and then call it quits. |

I think the Jagr shipped has sailed. Plus don't see him fitting into a Torts system. |

Yeah, the guy knows how generate offense that's for sure. But the age factor scares me. He's 40, how much longer can he be a 60-70 point player? |

It is still weird that the season is over, still feel like there should be more games |

You know what happens to a wizard when his magic runs out? he just turns into another old man. Is e a great offensive player, yes. Can he bring more of a veteran presence to this team, yes. What can not be counted on is his production. |

Yea, plus the Phillies aren't so good this year. I can't watch these games now that really don't mean to much. |

He's going to make his decision based on line and PP. He wants scoring line and 1st PP unit. And someone will likely give him that. |

Okay, let me take a stab at this offseason.
I think Dubi is moved, possibly to ANA, Anisimov, Dubinsky, McIlrath, 2nd for Bobby Ryan
RFA wise, I think MDZ gets a deal similar to Staal, maybe an extra yr. I'll say 5 years, 3.5 per.
Stralman comes back too. 1 year, 1.25 mil.
Prust at 3 years, 1 mil per.
Think we dip into the UFA market as well. We pick up David Jones at 2 years 3.25 per and Chris Kelly at 1 year 2.5 mil. And we add Barrett Jackman too on a one year deal for 3.5 mil
Kreider Richards Gaborik
Ryan Stepan Callahan
Hagelin Kelly Jones
Prust Boyle Rupp
Newbury
McDonagh Girardi
Staal Jackman
Del Zotto Sralman
Bickel
Hank
Biron
Really like this roster and hope its what we see come October
Pipe dream lol |

This is pretty much the trade I kept proposing early in the year. Will be interesting to see if this goes down, I will be first in line for a Ryan jersey if that happens.
Kreider, Richards, Gaborik
Ryan, Stepan, Callahan
I can see those 2 lines happening. I think we would be making a big mistake letting Fedotenko go though, I think he should be back. |

If the Ranger want to add secondary scoring, not sure you can have both Prust and Feds though |

Key word... scoring. Prust doesnt provide that. Prust would be on the 4th line. |

Yea, Feds doesn't add that either. That is why I am saying not sure they can have both. |

I think Ryan will stay in ANA. They have Perry and Getz as FA's next year, most likely one of them will be dealt or let walk if they dont make a run next year. You would be better off trying to get Perry. |

Not likely, those are their 2 best players. |

and will demand huge contracts, plus Ryan is the youngest. IMO Perry and Ryan Stay, Getz will be traded. |
