Goaltender Aaron Dell got invited again to the Habs development camp in june (he will attend, alongside North Dakota teammate Wayne Kristo)

I wonder if they will offer him a pro contract...Dell is done with college apparently. Last season's numbers aren't impressive, but he's worth a look at

I feel the Habs will grab a goalie at some point during the draft this season

- stinger67

If PK's brother is available early in the second, do the Habs take him?

Tel que mentionné hier par B. McKenzie de TSN! On ne serait pas surpris de voir Scott Mellanby à MTL en tant que directeur dev. des joueurs

Love thinking about Raycroft and his time here in Toronto... point is they could fit him in if they really wanted to, his cap hit is not a show stopper

He was there for the past two camp too. They just want to see his development. He didn't have a good season, compared to the one in 2010-2011.

We should take a look at Houser.

Which would then let Timmins in charge of the Draft. Perfect.

Mellanby was a good leader as a player, and has coached in the NHL for the past two years.

OK. We agree that the Habs will likely build around Price and PK right?

So what happens in a couple of years if Malcolm is looking for playing time? Would the Habs trade him and risk alienating PK? Or do they just skip the headache and draft the Finnish goaltender if they are both available.

Both are ranked about the same.

Price is 24, Malcolm is 18. Once Malcolm hits his Prime, Price will be older and at the end of his contract.

Oh I know. It's just a consideration a team would have to take when thinking of drafting a sibling of one of the stars.

Rick Dudley's move from Toronto to Mtl likely before NHL Draft, but Dudley won't be allowed to work the event for the Habs.

I don't go down that often and have only seen him play once. He was solid but it was against a weaker team.
