I remember when Crims was gloating during round 1 while trouncing the Pens. I told him enjoy the moment, it probably wont last. His words, "thanks brah I'm pretty sure it will". - Buffalo--Sabres

Move JVR for a #1 Dman. Let Jagr walk. Bring in a Gaustad type. Sign Carle or preferably upgrade over him. I'd be OK with the forward group - Jagr and JVR plus Rinaldo (his enegrgy would have been nice all series, as long as he reigns in the stupid) and a big mucker grinder checker. I'd be OK with the D-corps if they get a true #1 D-man and get a solid upgrade for the #6 spot.
(frank) it. I can shave now. - Lexington Flyer
JVR= #1 D man?

(frank) that...fans supported this team all year and we get a half assed effort in the second round of the playoffs...complete joke - keatondixon
I did not see the half-assed effort. I think they really tried today but either they are injured or gassed or just badly out of sync. |

Could Giroux at center ice for a standing O????? |

I never advocate throwing anything on the ice. But a standing ovation? Why? - PLindbergh31
They should just return the trash the team has been shoveling. |

Ill root for the yotes but we all know carter and richards will win a cup now with the kings..... fml - bigmookalookie
If people are picking the Kings for the cup, with all that we've seen in the playoffs this year, then there's a good chance they won't win. |

They're both. Anyone who says otherwise hasn't been watching them on a regular basis. |

I think all that playing from behind against the pens finally caught up to them.
At times they looked mentally or physically fatigued and most of the time it was both. - nails
Is it the fitness level of the players, or the coaching system at fault?

Its the right thing to do for a team that worked this hard all season. - stveshdy
Could have used some of that hard work in games 2-4 |
|
|
|
So much for rallying around Giroux, that was the same horsepoop as the prior 3 games. |
