i sensed this loss coming, and it's not such a bad thing they got hammered. better that to help them snap back into focus for game 5. it's also probably a blessing that bob faired no better - eliminating any and all goalie controversy talk. hopefully bryz gets his poop together.
hard for me to see there...but the elbow does come up. maybe it's he follow through. either way, he goes for his head with his shoulder/elbow. it's crap. i'm so tired of it.

Rinaldo basically crosschecked a guy a couple of times, and then when the guy was on his knees he punched him in the face.
got like 24 minutes in penalties.
seriously, the sooner he's off the team the happier I'll be.

at least he didnt go head hunting....he roughed him up yeah and you know what it made me happy...after all the headhunting pitts done this series (frank) them they deserve it.
I will say this our boys need to start bringing the pain a little more. Can't just drop gloves. Gotta start taking a few runs too and feed them their own medicine. But if they win the next game it matters not. - JoeRussomanno

thanks. i gave up a bit of a clunker right after we tied the game on a great shift of hard work. had a sequence of two really good stops off a faceoff right after that to keep it to 1 goal and then we tied it late in the 2nd on a shortie. won it early in OT. i'm glad it didn't go to a shootout, b/c i tweaked my groin midway through the game. have a week to let it heal up though.

The Flyers need to get rid of these knock knock and doop songs and play a real song. This is one in particular

Not really sure how to describe it. It was like a charge and then some crosschecks and then when Michalek went down on his knees a couple punches to the face.

not a surprise he snapped. i think he's kept himself in check thus far, but he gets penalized for breathing. if he's not suspended, sounds like there's a good shot shelley or someone else gets in there.

on nights like these one is prone to depleting the supply they most recently acquired. In that instance, the surplus left over from a previous festive moment is consumed upon completion of most recent acquisition.

perhaps if they had tagged the pens for a goal on that first pp, it might have turned out differently. instead, malkin scores on a bad rebound and ties it up, setting the whole implosion in motion. they looked lazy, sloppy, and seemed as they thought they'd win just for showing up despite saying all the right things the last two days.
