Well I get to drive home now. I'm sure it'll be 3-0 Pens by the time I get there.

It's like nobody has learned anything from the first 3 games. It's not over. When we've already lost, then complain. When the Flyers have lost the series, then complain. Let's not speak too soon.

What does that do for his mental state for the next round if we win the game?

Definitely can't play this way moving forward, but if we can get out of this series tonight they will have plenty of time to settle things down. Sometimes a playoff series takes shape and you just hang on for the ride. Doesn't mean the next will be the same.

Great. Tommy Chong is the guy making the most sense tonight.

true, but that's a routine shot in the mid-section which he should hang onto every time. and it sets the stage for his performance the rest of the period. the clown show on the 4th goal wasn't really his fault, neither was the 3rd goal. the d are losing puck battles in the corners and scrambling - both of those situations happened on those last goals.
- hammarby31

Bryz hasn't been the primary problem tonight. Yes, he will have to play better, but he can play the game of his life and it wouldn't help a bit unless this team starts to pay defense.

Putting in Bob would be a mistake. Give Bryz a pep talk, get the team ready to kill this penalty, and destroy.

Remember--all the pressure is on the Pens.

There's going to be rebounds. It's a team game. Defense is supposed to help clear the puck.
- MJL

Yeah but he isn't squeezing anything ... everything is turning in to a rebound ...everything needs to tighten up! Hopefully they can like they have later in the previous 3 games!

Hasn't looked right since the foot injury. Makes some key saves but struggling
- stveshdy

he's definitely lost his mojo. hopefully he pulls it together the rest of the way, and the flyers find a way to puncture fleury a few more times. based on the first 3 games, this is certainly a possibility.

Plenty of weak calls on the pens. Refs over officiating to be expected. Flyers are complete poop in their own end

Pens have put themselves in position to make those calls because they're lazy but the refs are being a little too proactive trying to keep control of this game. Those 3 penalties in a row were ludicrous. Usually you have to take someone's head off before they do that to a team.

Pens make one mistake and their season is done.

Flyers have historically this season been terrible in the first period and then came out to play. Lavy knows what buttons to push. Everyone should settle down here.

There has been a few rebounds, but he's also held on to quite a few. Flyers didn't play well in their own end that period.

i hope the whole team locks it down. they really can't change bryz right now, as much as i want to see bob just because i want to see him.

The Flyers got outplayed that period. The PP's saved them big time or they would be getting burried.

Oh and Bob gave up four goals the last time he played Pittsburgh too, so don't act like he's some savior.
