If it's 3-3 late in the 3rd period, and a Flyer accentuates to draw a call. And the Flyers get a PP, and win the game 4-3. Who is going to be upset with the Flyer who does the accentuating? - MJL
Penguins fans.. I think its cheap.. and would prefer that neither team do it. But I saw about 10 instances in game one where there was some sort of embellishment... 8 of them were by Pens.. and 5 game when they had a multiple goal lead.

Sidney Crosby, Mario Lemieux, the NHL, and everyone who loves truth, justice, and the love of mankind?

It's part of the game. And I think in a lot of cases, far too much is being made of it. Just like far too much is being made of the officiating factor.

I was disgusted when I saw the apology from Campbell yesterday on NHL.com I seriously doubt that would have been displayed had it not been the Penguins...it is frankly sickening to keep hearing these sort of displays. It happened oh well move on...much like you said Bill, I never heard the League apologized for the offside in 80 and that was a good 3-4 feet offside....at least crosby admitted that wasn't why they lost the game.

Let's see if he apologizes for the missed too many men call last night that led to a Coyotes goal.
I am hoping Philly is ready to match the pens tonight and be patient and ready for odd man rushes for them.
With the pens most likely coming out in full force I can see them being susceptible to the counter attack.
The flyers need to play smart and fast. I have a gut feeling they take this game and go up 2-0.
Everything is going right this morning.
The job I absolutely did not want to do got rescheduled.
After a 1 3/4 hour drive sitting here waiting for more work getting psyched for the game.

of course it shouldnt matter....but it does....superstars get better treatment in any league, if you don't think so, you are just kidding yourself. - Pyzik
When that superstar does something that is an embarrassment to the league, it should matter.
I truthfully expect the Flyers to win tonight. 4-2. Both the Penguins and the Flyers know that the Prns threw their best punch already in the first period. That is the best they can play. Flyers stayed on their feet and took over the game. This is over in 6.

If they want to take it out of the game the league should be able to fine players after the fact. It is a mockery. Keslers somersault the other night was disgusting. There are certain teams that abuse this tactic way too much
