The last two times that the Penguins and Flyers have met in the playoffs, it ended with Orange and Black tears. There are two games left in the regular season, so hold onto that 1-4 record.

I dont like the hit Sid took from Schenn as i dont think it is needed. I also know that Vitale's hit on Briere was clean but with both being said, i want to see the best players on the ice (from both teams). I am not a Flyers fan and I was always nervous when the Pens were on PP because the Flyers PK was lethal. A shorty could happen at any time. it is a great rivalry.

I love hockey. I know that hitting and fights are part of the game and the players (for the most part) police themselves. I dont want to see that go away but i also dont want players having their hand broken from slashes or slew foot injuries. I want Briere to play because i want the best of each team on the ice. from the asst coach comments, another cheap hit on sid or another player doesnt seem that it would have been out of the question so the grinders went out for the end of the last game. why put sid or geno out to get a cross check by schenn on next shift? the game was over.

in reality, no one wants to face Philly or the Pens as they are both very tough teams to play and keep coming back shift after shift. i cant wait for the series to start.
