What set me off was the Boston game. He is supposed to be a physical presence. Yet he was nowhere to be found when the going got rough.
FFS........ even Komi took a massive beating, then still went after Lucic. Ya, he doesn't have much skill, but at least Komi showed he has some heart
Phaneuf is the Tin Man........... No heart - faceto27
I read the quotes from dion last night, About keeping things in the locker room, Makes me wonder if there is friction in the locker room between players, Because earlier this year the talk was this was the closest team in the last couple years and they do everything together. |

You really can't go wrong with any of those. I just like E.Staal better because he's offense cap is better and he's been a star every year, while playing with subpar players (until now, with skinner), plus, his contract is high so it would likely take less to get him.
I'm always weary of players when they're on a RPG type line. Pull one out and you might not get what you think. |

Torts is a Saint
A saint that (frank)ing cries all the time about petty things in the games. I'm pretty sure Kessel could beat him in a fight. |

It will be along the lines of this for Getz
Our lottery pick, Colborne and Kuli - faceto27
fans should forget about making any trades that involve the leafs 1st rounder, especially if it's a high lottery pick (1-3 range). that's how the leafs got in this mess to begin with, essentially trading (overpaying) seguin and hamilton for kessel.
even contemplating using this year's pick as trade bait should be enough to have BB fired. he is slowly moving into JFJ territory... |

Yea im pretty upset with him this year...but I have to accept my decision awhile ago to give him a pass this year based on the crappyness this team has succomb to.
He gets one more chance...hes coming on 27 and needs to step it up. Hopefully Carlyle can help him out. |

Glad they lost, just 8-9 more losses to go and were all good.
Also from that bad game I did notice that Bozak played very well. Back checked stuck on his man stopped a goal from happening and caused Kessels goal.
Good for him. - wolfos412

Oh they'll clash, no doubt. I pity any goalie on Roy's team...
I think he'll be good for PK. He'll knock him down a few pegs, I'd think. |

torts is a coach with an average team and sensational goaltender. take lunqvist out of the equation, NYR are middle of the pack team. |

At least if the pick is traded at the draft, we'll know our position and can get full value for it.
Not like last time when it was expected to be 12-15 and ended up being 2 |
