I just wanted to put everything in context.
Also, the fact they argued in Swedish is pretty funny, I just imagined myself being between the two benches
Karlsson: Smörgåsborg!! Smörgåsborg borg borg!!
Eller: Borg!! Borg smörgåsborg - stinger67[...] borg smörgåsborg!!
Wow...there really aren't that many words in swedish...
On that note, I'm out of here. |

To be honest, I doubt the fact that I smoke has got anything to do with the production of lactic acid in my legs...
But yeah, I should really quit smoking anyway. - Pecafan Fan
Asp lactic acid builds up in your muscles when they are in a anareobic state, which means when they do not get enough oxygen.
Smoking reduces your oxygen intake by up to 10%.
So yes they are related. |

At any rate, my point is the cardio is fine, but the legs won't follow.
Not one bit. |

Colby Rasmus, OF, Toronto Blue Jays: Entering the 2011 season it seemed Rasmus and Curtis Granderson were on a similar path, with near-identical 2010 stats. Rasmus had a poor 2011 campaign, but he's out of St. Louis, the power/speed package remains and many fantasy owners will simply forget how he's 25 and how good he can be. --Eric Karabell |

No no, the speed is fine.
For two laps and a half, and then it suddenly feels like someone injected Frank's Red Hot sauce into my thighs instead of blood.

I loved the spontaneity of Erik Cole's high-five celebration with Referee Greg Kimmerly last night even if others didn't. Events such as this demonstrate a couple of things for us to recall.
We have all observed the "big business" side of hockey and experienced disappointment and loss to various degrees during the lockout season. Some of the loss was purely emotional while others endured a year of financial loss.
Were people actually complaining about this? |
