Fellow Leaf fans...who would you take
Grigorenko, Forsberg, or Galchenyuk?
And if we end up picking any of the above 3, would any of them be ready to play with us next season? |

I don't see why all the hate on the panthers all they did was help the leafs get a better draft pick. But how about we talk about the all mighty blue jackets now thats a team |

Galchenyuk. To me he's clearly the most skilled out of the three, and is only below them in projected draft because of his Injury. Grigorenko is my close second.

No to forsberg. He is (frank)ing overrated. I'll be happy if we pick up Galchenyuk. Doubt we'd get to pick grigorenko, but if he's available, then go for him. |

2009-2010 was the worst because they failed and lost the lottery pick, this team they keep it. - AdamFrench
Yeesh.. and truned down 4 apparent first round picks for these dogs.... and this is better? |

I'd be worried about the star by association factor with any center that plays with Yakopov. Also, Grigs size is what we need. He's my choice. |

Realistically only two or three draft picks step into the league and make any sort of impact. So even if the Leafs do get a top five pick, you're still screwed for next season. BB is not the man to turn this thing around for your (blind) faithful fans.
Toronto has the most amount of money to throw around at a scouting and development department yet I never hear anything about them? Do they actually spend money here like they could and should? |

Very dubious that the Leafs had four different teams offering four different first rounders for the players mentioned in that vague rumour. More likely they had one team saying we'll take this one of these guys for a pick, maybe another team saying Schenn for a pick. Likely a bottom five to ten pick as well.

I think it's great that the Leafs are doing everything they can to dispel that myth that they only play good at the end of the year when the season is already lost.
oh well hoping for epic failure at this point....wouldn't mind some epic effort in the epic failure but I guess you can't have your cake and eat it too. |

4 games vs leafs 20 goals total. I can't wait to face you guys 6 times a year. Add a top scoring FA, Huberdeau, Bjugstad, Petrovic, Howden, Markstrom lol You guys are fuccked.
It will be fun watching the Panthers own you guys every season for the next decade. Our future is clearly much brighter than yours.

You know you're team is bad when a Panthers fan is chirpin ya... - keatondixon
I'm not worried about Panther fans, Last time they were in the playoffs they had 98 Points. The following year they had 66 points. Followed by 10 more years of missing the playoffs.
I pretty much call them One. Year..... Wonders. I think the year after they made it to the Cup they didn't even make the playoffs.
Plus its not even a guarantee that the Panthers will actually make the Playoffs 1 point from 8th 5 points from 9th. If i were a Panther fan i would wait to chirp til they actually had a Y or X beside there name because they don't have anymore games against the Leafs left this season. |

Ottawa is a joke, what have you guys won in the past 20 years???? NOTHING. so stfu. All your organization has done is waste great players like Alfredsson, Spezza and trade away guys like Chara to go on to win cups with OTHER teams. You've done just as much losing as us. - Gudbranson2012
chara wasn't traded. BOOM

Here is a perfect example of an uneducated person from florida that likes to talk out of his ass. The Panthers actually have a shot at making the playoffs and may win a weak division this year thanks to bad goaltending in Tampa and a inconsistent season in Washington and suddenly everyone sucks.
And then they have the gull to insult a team that has actually been to the playoffs pretty regularly since 2000 the last season that the Panters made it and then immediately went to worst the following year.
Seriously dude you should stop while you are ahead there is 10-12 games left and you have Washington 1 point behind you and Buffalo 5 points behind you. If I were a betting man I would take Miller over Theodore or the Backup Panther goalie down the stretch.
I believe the Panthers even have 1 or 2 games left against the Sabres. Oh and about the comment about the Southeast having 2 teams in the Playoffs whoopie. The Rangers division will have 4 and the Northeast will have 2 as well. |

Become a reporter and Ask Brian Burke these questions we are too busy being Blind faithful fans.
Love how people always clump the fan base together. But when there fanbase gets clumped together they get all nasty and defensive. You probably should stop worrying about the Leafs and Brian Burke so much and go to the 2012 Vancouver Riot Planning meetings more so you can be prepared this year. |

sens and leaf fans getting along, has anyone checked hell to make sure it's still hot.
oh, FYI, the idiot panthers fan, who was chirping you guys (and the sens as well) and going on about how good his team is....well this is what he had to say about his own team in the panthers thread (that thing is hard to find, and is just chalk full of both of their fans), only 2 days ago.
This team sucks
Well what do you want me to say? Even if they make the playoffs, playing either the devils, rangers or Pitt they have no shot to beat any of them in a 7 game series. This team still doesn't score enough and are way bi polar. Worst goal to goals against avg by any of the teams in the top 8. Yes they are going in the right direction but our future is still in the minors in NCAA and are injured. I'd be shocked if we win a playoff game that's if they don't blow the season away. Looks like either 3rd or 8th. If they miss out AGAIN then that's the biggest choak job ever.
so for all his tough guy talk on here, , he seems to also agree with the popular opinion on this thread, which is that his team is probably the biggest joke in the NHL over the last 2 decades. |

Didn't work in Montreal either.
Actually, when Jacques Martin was fired, they were 2 pts out of the playoffs. as you can see, it worked wonders for the habs. |

I think it was the same for the Leafs too . I wish it was the 1987-88 season again, The Leafs went on a 6. 6. and 8 game losing streak all after January first and still made the playoffs. |
