I think if we weren't so banged up Briere should be a HS for a game to 2 to wake his butt up.... Say all you want about being a past Hero's, but look on other teams... Knuble was a HS this year.... Kovalchuk was last year... Briere doesnt play D... If he isnt scoring.... He should be sitting..
- RooNosHockey

He's made a fair share of suspect plays, yes. But to say that he's been completely useless is a drastic exaggeration. I actually thought he looked stellar coupled with Jagr on the recent road trip.

I don't know, I'm a bit disappointed after that broken gif link near the start of his post. I expected better from a veteran such as he.

For the way Grossmann plays he only has one Kubina too. Tough physical players that can stay out of the box!

Oh and Grossman didn't get here until the 18th, not sure what you meant about the whole month thing.

I meant that saying Bryz had improved because of them was probably overstating their impact. Since Bryz improved throughout February.

That's good to hear, I hope he stays symptom free. Do you think he'll be held out tomorrow at this point?
- BulliesPhan87

I think so because Voracek said "hopefully I'll be OK to play in the next few days."

As for Jagr, he said he might try to skate tomorrow morning and would see from there but Homer said he's still reporting a lot of soreness and is unlikely to play tomorrow.

Homer also gave some Phantoms updates: MAB has concussion-like symptoms but has passed all the tests. Bartulis has diagnosed concussion.

It disturbs me that people can't let it go without stating their point a few hundred times.

Maybe he should be a healthy scratch the next couple games to wake his ass up.

You all ready for 8 straight games between the Pens and Flyers at the end of the year?

Do you think there's some favoritism being shown in the call to not suspend Kronwall?

So when Crosby comes back, who gets injured, Malkin or Staal?

I was at the game and thought wow that's a huge hit. I thought that was going to be the last time I thought about it.

No. Even Voracek said today he thought it was a clean hit and unavoidable once Kronwall stepped up on him. He did not think it was suspension-worthy, nor did Jagr, Talbot, Holmgren and others.
