LOL. I usually pour the entire box into a cake mix sized bowl, add a quart of milk, and go to town.

my wife got this knockoff brand that comes in a resealable bag. i was skeptical, but it tastes the same. i almost took the whole bag and just poured milk right in it, but i got a hold of myself and rationed it because i want more later in the week.

Sestito held his own early, but he got hit with a real haymaker at the end of that fight. A sledgehammer shot.

Why do the Flyers just want to give away JVR?
Dude got the Flyers 1 point tonight?

- jesustouchedme

just because he's always in the mill, doesn't mean they want to move him, let alone give him away. i hope they keep him. kid has talent galore.

Other than the WayneTrain, I think the last Flyer to win a fight was Donald Brashear.

Last white guy to win a fight for the Flyers was Dave Brown...

Big E won his share ... but yeah, the Flyers haven't been consistently winning fights since the mid '80's.

Why do the Flyers want a 7.8 million dollar cap hit, didn't they learn from Bryz and Briere.

Very true. Lindros was a very underrated fighter, and fought a fair amount in the beginning of his career before his concussion issues. He actually handled Scott Stevens a few times in scraps.

Lindros rarely lost fights, usually the other guy had trouble handling his strength
