Because you aren't paying for a win, you're paying to watch a contest. That's true in any sport. And the only folk I remember ever guaranteeing anything were the piss-poor Florida Panthers.

You don't get your money back if you don't like a movie, or play, or concert. If you won't be happy if you don't see a win, don't be a sports consumer.

The fact that they knew which goalie was in net impresses me. Are they sure it was Bryz?

Well.. Voracek really doesn't bring anything to that unit... if we are being completely honest about it lol

Only issue with Kubina being added to the top unit would be that he is a right handed shot, so putting him where Jagr was would be tough to set up that one timer..

- Flyers2821

I agree with your assessment with Voracek on the first PP unit. I was more upset that Voracek was on the ice over Danny Briere on the 5 on 3 that Matt Cooke scored on, then how Bryz allowed the goal. Briere should never be on the bench in situations like that.

But Glen is all into the Bryz is mentally weak and will never be able to play here in the playoffs. Really? I don't think anyone who makes it to the NHL level is mentally weak.

I've debated it with him so much

I stopped listening when he divorced his first wife and went from a bit funny but still knowledgeable to a slavering whore master.

This is the sh!t i hate. That ass clown Seravalli "writes" a story with the headline: Bryz not hard to score on?

This because of an anonymous survey done by NHLers doesnt have Bryz in the top 6 of a list of the toughest goalies to score on. Also left of the list are Jonathon Quick with a save% of .934 and a gaa of 1.87, Brian Elliot with his #1's in both save and gaa .940 and 1.56 respectively, and a slew of other top flight goalies... all of which are not hard to score on.

(frank)ing idiot.

Tim and Frank reporting Bryz took a shot off his hand... doesn't he play goalie? What is he doing? Standing in net with no glove?
- Flyers2821

He forgot about his humongous big NMC for a moment and was just trying to avoid getting moved for Schenn, Suter, Weber, Nash, or Stamkos prior to the deadline.

Voracek is a master passer...and he has as many points as Briere right now. Although I'm not sure how productive he is on the PP...

Well since it's in Winnipeg it's pretty much a guaranteed loss...but hopefully the team has a good showing tonight.

The sad part is they know what they are doing. Inciting rage that will hopefully lead to hits on a link or web page.

He's not a small guy, either, so getting him around the net could definitely help.

I'm still trying to figure out how JVR can go from being out indefiniately to playing in a game three days later. It doesn't make sense to me and I don't remember reading anything about it. Was there an explanation?

~Thanks.

- Vipers53

The point is not to put any pressure on the player to be back. Set no expectations. So when he does come back it is because he really is ready. A setback can happen at any time. Don't set it up to be a big deal if it does. I think they handled it perfectly.

Not pointing the finger at you, though you do seem to enjoy throwing fuel on the fire more than extinguishing them LOL.

And true, people have the right to do whatever the hell the want, so long as they don't infringe on someone else's freedom. However, it's tiresome when people are so shortsighted and stupid that sometimes it's impossible to have a legitimate discussion about anything.

I haven't been listening in the afternoons lately. I don't really have a problem with him calling Bryz mentally week tho. I do have a problem with the way Angelo tries to destroy certain players (see Donovan McNabb...Bryz).

Angelo isn't happy unless he is miserable

I e-mailed him begging him to stop talking hockey

They needed to merely read a bit of just one of the four Gospels and could've saved the money on the movie.

Not even gonna bother watching, since the result is assured. I'll just read about it here tonight. Of course, if they win, there will be nothing here to read.
