Personally, I would prefer to see better playoff hockey, and washington has better players. Washington actually has the capabilty to upset a few teams and make things interesting. Ottawa would be a sweep, and not even worth watching.

Look at the matchups if buff and wash get in. There isn't a series I wouldn't want to watch. 4 very good battles.

Picture wash\NYR, buff boston, florida jersey,and pitt philly. Florida jersey is not bad, but the other three are awesome matchups.
