Have the discussion in PM, not on the thread or you'll both find yourselves spectating again.
And why don't you all take a quick review of the Code of Conduct and stop dissing the guy who pays the bills for you to sit and talk poop all day. - bodiva88
will do
i just got out of HB jail, it was not a nice place, i couldnt get my laughs in
Okay we know that the leafs are in a good place and are on a roll at the moment. They technically only need a 1st line center.. If the opportunity to acquire jeff carter, getzlaf, or paul stasny before the trade deadline hits, that is who burke will acquire. Parise will not be available and will be resigned and NJ will make the playoffs, he was named captain for a reason because Lou wanted parise to be happy and wanted parise to remain a devil since they got rid of langenbrunner. Lou is not stupid and will not give the best american hockey player up. Parise's scenario is like of stamkos, rumours but will not happen. Big named players especially at that age will not be traded, but resigned most definitely. Rick Nash will not get traded since he is holding the jackets franchise up and without him, their franchise is going downhill from that point. Eric Staal will not be traded same thing with him, thats all they got besides skinner. Anahiem will NOT trade corey perry. Possibly bobby ryan since his name has been "actually bounced around in the league" and he will be the first one out the door from anahiem out of the big 3(perry,getz).
Of all the "big pieces" in the rumour mill, Jeff Carter seems the most likely of all to be the one moving. NJ don't want to move Parise while they're on a playoff run, Howson doesn't want to move Nash, NSH don't want to move Suter while they're playing this well, Getzlaf (or any of the other RPG) were never likely to be going nowhere. Carter seems like he wants to move, doesn't have a NTC, and reports indicate he's "100% available". Playing the odds, he's the most likely to be moved.

Many are saying Toronto, but I a not yet hearing the Leafs as a big player for Ruutu.
So many are saying the leafs, but your not hearing the leafs.... Does that just mean when the people are saying the leafs you are plugging your ears so you are not hearing it?, I am confused.

see at least you know where i am coming from too from my other comment above
If Nabokov is out there I hope the Sens show some interests. They really need to add 3 pieces to the team if they are considering trying to make a run for the playoffs.
1. An upgrade in their back up goaltending. Auld has lost the confidence of the Coach.
2. A depth move on defence. A shot block net clearing kind of guy.
3. Another top 6 forward.
If Murray can do this without selling the farm or in the least keeping one of his pick up's for another season that can contribute to the rebuild then it would be worth it. - phoenix30
The Sens really should be looking for goaltending depth, as you said. Anderson is being run ragged and playing Auld means asking for your team to score at least four goals a game.
It's too early to throw Lehner into that role, so a deal for an experienced back-up to allow Anderson to rest would be huge for Ottawa.
Late last night, I heard that a major trade I have been chasing for ages may finally be coming to fruition. The deal involves a superstar player.......
