Is there somewhere that shows hes unhappy? I am not doubting you, it just seems a lot the time peope assume stuff and it becomes truth. I really wouldnt put much stock into the "hes not happy" part unless He or Columbus ..or Carters Mom have said so

common sense says that getting traded from philly ( a cup contending team, who promised him he was part of their future) to columbus (the anus of the nhl) is going to make any player unhappy.
not to mention it's 10 years!!!!!

Why are the Kubina and Stempniak deals bad ones? At the time, fans and media were screaming to ride Kubina, Kaberle, McCabe, etc. out of town because of their ridiculous contracts. He did exactly that...Sure Caputi and Exelby didn't amount to much...but that wasn't the goal at the time. The problem was using that new cap space to sign Komisarek.

Again these types of things are assmptions and I put no faith in stuff like that myself. Now I agree it would make sense for him to not want to be there.

Its like me saying, well initially he wasnt happy about the trade, but since going there I saw him with a nice Blonde he met who is from Columbus and now I think he wants to stay...
