As much as I like the idea that he is being traded for something terrific, I will point out that he had only 3 shifts in the 3rd period last night (2:12), and didn't get his arse off the bench in OT.

So although Komi for Iginla and a 1st remains a possibility, a more likely scenario is probably just that he is in the press box because he earned it.

I commented last night that he didn't stand out with normal bone head mistakes. Maybe the fact that he wasn't on the ice is the reason why? (frank) him, I take my sort of a compliment back.

while the guy might not have the best hands in the world he is quietly dependable... sure he will make the odd mistake but for the most part he's found a way to be effective in this league
